Field Services includes initial startup programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance of lighting control systems. Whether it's a new project, renovation, or warranty replacement, we're available to complete the job.

Intial Startups include a project and system review, initial call with installer, on-site scheduling, on-site commissioning, field trip report, and as-built documentation. 

System Troubleshooting includes a project and system review, and site visit to determine system issues. Where programming issues are found, they are corrected on site. Other issues involving wiring, defective products, or environmental will require a return visit for Startup Services. 

Our field technicians will visually inspect lighting control components, update firmware and document any repairs needed. Perfect for recent product replacements needing to be added or adding newly available features
