We'll run photometric calculations using AGI32 based on your pre-selected luminaires to ensure municipal requirements are met. PDF and AGI files provided as part of this service

Using either Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or manufacturer-specific software we'll develop the lighting controls layout to meet customer and energy code requirements. Our expertise with IECC, ASHRAE 90.1, Title 24, and WSEC will ensure your solution will meet the energy code. This service includes a BOM, layout(s), Sequence of Operations Narrative, and room-level connection details

Our lighting controls submittal package is customized to the approved BOM and manufacturer(s). We include a table of contents, waiver form, layouts, riser diagrams, details, general notes, installation documentation, startup forms, and much more!

Let us review your lighting and lighting controls package to ensure all energy code requirements are met before being quoted or submitted for specifier approval. A full report with recommendations and code references is provided.

Without pre-wire meetings, you take a risk that the installing electrician(s) completely understand all elements of the lighting control system and how it needs to be integrated. Our team will schedule with the contractor a time to review the lighting and controls package on-site to ensure a smooth installation.
