As-Built Services

As-builts are record documents generated for either a close-out package or to assist in starting a project based on existing conditions. Either way, we have you covered. A survey paired with a 2D or 3D generation using AutoCAD or Revit will get you started with your project or get you off the project faster.

With your direction, we will document all architectural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection equipment, devices, and objects. Each service includes an initial scope meeting; a complete and thorough site survey; and a post-survey review meeting. Large project? No problem. We have you covered!

Circuit tracing maps all existing circuits in each panelboard and documents them in panel schedules. Included in this service is a full distribution riser diagram identifying all feeders and connections of the existing electrical service.
